Role OverviewThe Director of Business Services / Business Office Manager will manage the administrative office and functions of the community, including accounts receivable, payroll, recruiting and onboarding, and weekly/monthly reporting. The role requires experience in senior living or healthcare and a willingness to work with the elderly population.
What You Will Do
Provide customer service, manage recruiting and onboarding, create and maintain personnel files, maintain accurate records for accounts receivable, payroll, and petty cash, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
