Role OverviewThe Director of Business Systems & PMO leads the execution of business systems initiatives, analytics, and process improvements that support company operations. This role plays a key part in business requirements, process design, user adoption, project coordination, data governance, and analytics. Serving as the primary bridge between business leadership and technology, the Director ensures systems such as ERP (e.g., NetSuite), WMS, integrations, and analytics platforms including Microsoft Power BI deliver measurable operational and financial value.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities include leading a team across business analysis, project management, master data, and analytics functions, defining and executing the business systems roadmap, establishing governance frameworks, change management processes, and documentation standards for enterprise systems, and overseeing the project management office (PMO).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT management
- 3+ years in a people management role leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and WMS
- Demonstrated experience overseeing data governance, master data management, and analytics functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and ongoing operational responsibilities
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with Power BI or comparable BI/analytics platforms preferred
