Job Description
The Director of Call Center Operations will direct the daily operation of the DSS OPPT Call Center staff and information systems, conduct complex research and preparation of documentation, and make recommendations to executive management on interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in a related field
  • 2 years of full-time professional experience in budget administration, management, or personnel administration
  • 18 months of experience in an executive, managerial, administrative or supervisory capacity
