Job Description
YES Prep seeks a dynamic, systems-focused Director of Campus Operations to lead and manage most non-instructional functions at an elementary or secondary campus. This role is critical to creating efficient, safe, and high-performing school environments where students thrive.
Requirements
Enrollment: 100% filled seats by October 31 and 99% maintained year-round.
Attendance: Meet or exceed a 95% Average Daily Attendance (ADA).
Safety: Tier 1 rating (90%+) on the Safety & Security Operations Scorecard.
Fiscal Stewardship: Operate at or under budget while maintaining district compliance to finance policy.
Systems & Scheduling: 100% accurate schedules completed ahead of deadlines to maximize student achievement.
School Readiness: 100% of operational readiness goals met for the 2025-2026 school year.
Benefits
Compensation – This position is an exempt, salaried position; salary offers commensurate with experience.
