Job Description
The Director of Slots is responsible for the long range and daily direction, planning, and operations of the Slot Department to ensure optimal performance levels and to achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Slot operating system.
  • Ability to lead & mentor a team.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond.
  • Ability to work with confidential data required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot challenges quickly and resolve them.
  • Ability to complete projects and goals by deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and (5) years of related gaming experience, at least five (5) of which are specific to Slot or Electronic Gaming operations, and at least three (3) years as a supervisor, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Must operate effectively in a deadline-oriented and multi-task environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills, along with the ability to forecast the time management needs of others.
