Role OverviewProvides direct oversight to the Emergency Department, Infection Prevention, ICU, and other nursing units, collaborating with departments to enhance patient and employee experience.
What You Will Do
Directs, supervises, delegates, and evaluates nursing care provided to patients, works closely with Guest Relations and Quality to resolve patient grievances, and partners with Utilization Management and Social Services to enhance patient throughput.

Requirements
- Current State Nursing License
- BSN
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years recent clinical experience
- Knowledge of rules, regulations, and guidelines of state and federal agencies pertinent to health care
- Health care management experience
