Role OverviewJoin Venture Forthe as our Georgia Director of Clinical Operations (RN) to lead the clinical and operational growth of our Georgia program while partnering with an experienced executive team. This is an opportunity to build relationships throughout the community, develop and mentor a growing team, and influence operational strategy and clinical excellence.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with Georgia regulations and requirements, and foster a culture centered on quality, accountability, and compassionate care. Monitor quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and performance improvement initiatives, and prepare for and lead regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation activities.

Requirements
- current, active Georgia RN license in good standing
- home care experience
- Home Infusion experience
- supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
- knowledge of Georgia regulations and healthcare compliance standards
