Role OverviewThe Director of Clinical Services works closely with the Executive Director to lead and coordinate the interdisciplinary hospice team, ensuring exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and organizational standards.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include facilitating Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings, leading quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, overseeing infection prevention and safety programs, supporting staff development and engagement, and collaborating with the Executive Director to ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospice care, leadership experience in home care and nursing facility care, and a strong clinical background, with a minimum of three years of clinical experience and at least one year in hospice required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or licensed physical therapy program
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation that is insured according to state requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience, with at least one (1) year in hospice required
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
