Role OverviewThe Director of Clinical Services oversees the delivery of resident care in a high-quality, cutting-edge Assisted Living Community. This role is responsible for ensuring community compliance with medication management procedures and serving on Quality Improvement Committees.
What You Will Do
The Director of Clinical Services will provide direct resident care/services, complete and maintain individualized accurate health assessments, and updated service plans for each resident. They will also provide direction on resident care/service management and ensure community compliance with medication management procedures.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a management position in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local adult care regulations
