Requirements

  • Establish and scale a world-class Modern Software Development practice
  • Define the technical "North Star" for Cloud App Engineering and UX/UI
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and upskilling
  • Lead technical solutioning for high-stakes capture/proposal efforts exceeding $50M
  • Manage the software development sub-capability's P&L, driving revenue growth and overall profitability
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Full-Stack Engineers, Architects, and UX Designers
  • Manage complex project lifecycles, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
