Role OverviewThe Director of CNA Services works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services and is responsible for assigning and overseeing aides, as they provide care to residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management.
What You Will Do
Provide strong leadership to our aide team, oversee the day-to-day operations of our aide staff, ensure that charting is completed by all aides, implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with one year of experience under license
- Current CPR Certification
- At least 1 year experience in leadership required
- Previous hospice experience preferred
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred
