RETS Associates has been retained by a privately held real estate investment company to hire a Director of Commercial Properties in Redwood City, CA. The Director is responsible for all property management activities associated with the Company's commercial property portfolio.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7-years-experience in commercial property management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi Systems software a plus.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications (MSOffice: Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel)
