Job Description
The Director of Community Relations is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects to the community and converting those prospects into residents.

  • Five years sales/marketing experience with a proven track record
  • Strong proven ability to problem solve in a quick and efficient manner

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, YARDI or other CRM
  • Proven record of identifying and developing professional referral sources
