Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college with a major in business administration, public administration, urban planning, economics, urban affairs, marketing research, finance, or political science
- 1 year of full-time satisfactory experience in business development, analysis of business records, economic research, or facilitation and promotion of the film industry
- Associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and 3 years of full-time satisfactory experience
- Satisfactory combination of education and experience equivalent to the above
