Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Compliance & Risk Management to develop, implement, and oversee Overlake's Compliance & Risk Management Program. You'll report directly to the General Counsel/Chief of Staff and advise the Board of Trustees and senior leaders on compliance, privacy, and risk management matters.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in healthcare compliance, including medical, legal, ethical, and privacy issues
  • Experience with risk management
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Industry certification in both risk management and compliance (ASHRM, CPHRM, HCCA, CHC, etc.)
