Role OverviewThe Director of Corporate Administration will manage corporate operations, contract vehicle and subcontractor administration, and federal reporting systems. This role ensures operational efficiency, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports Echelon’s business objectives through expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting practices.
What You Will Do
Track task orders, modifications, and contract ceiling utilization, coordinate with Program and Project Managers for accuracy. Oversee invoice processes and monitor project actuals against planned budgets. Manage contract vehicle administration, including GWACs, IDIQs, and BPAs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and federal standards.
