Job Description
Director of Corporate Development position at Covered Care, responsible for identifying, cultivating, managing, and growing strategic business relationships with medical device manufacturers, service providers, and other lenders. Key responsibilities include identifying potential strategic partners, building and maintaining a pipeline of partnership opportunities, and creating and delivering tailored partner value propositions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing, business development, or corporate development experience in healthcare finance, medical device/equipment, healthcare services, or related industries.
  • Proven success building and managing partnerships with manufacturers, provider groups, or institutional lenders.
  • Strong commercial acumen; experience structuring partnership/referral agreements.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Track record of generating pipeline and meeting revenue targets; data-driven and KPI-oriented.
