Role OverviewThe Director of Critical Infrastructure will lead the Critical Infrastructure team at National Power, driving growth through leadership and oversight of customer relationships. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on project management, quality of work, safety, and team management.

Core duties include managing operations for assigned customers, meeting financial targets, working with project managers to drive prioritization and execution, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience

- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work
- Knowledge of construction best practices, safety standards, and general construction experience in the broadband/wireless industry
- Ability to create a strong team environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
