Clarendale of Addison is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to lead and manage their Community’s culinary services department. This role involves full-scope, hands-on management of the Culinary Services Department, ensuring quality service, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a passionate senior care professional.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, professional, and upscale culinary services program.
  • Supervise the Culinary Services Department and carry out supervisory responsibilities.
  • Research, plan, develop, produce, and serve menu cycle programs.
  • Ensure professional, trained, properly uniformed, and talented staff.
  • Meet or exceed established budgetary and financial guidelines.
  • Support creating a culture of employee engagement and business decisions.
