Role OverviewThe Director of Data Analytics will set the vision and strategic direction for CANOPS' data analytics program, leading the team responsible for delivering on it. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic and project management experience with a deep understanding of data analytics.
What You Will Do
Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for CANOPS' data analytics program, lead and supervise data analytics projects, gather and translate business requirements, analyze current systems and data workflows, and develop and manage project plans.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business analysis
- demonstrated experience setting strategy and direction for an analytics function
- significant project management experience (PMP or equivalent preferred)
- strong hands-on experience with data analytics tools, particularly Power BI and Azure SQL
- ability to lead cross-functional projects and supervise staff or vendors
- excellent communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and results to executive leadership and boards
