Role OverviewThe Director of Day Services is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operations of the My Day locations in the KC metro area. They serve on the LU Leadership Team and exhibit a positive Life Unlimited culture throughout the organization.
What You Will Do
The Director will oversee operations, programming, vision, and logistics for My Day and Clubhouse locations, ensuring the people they support receive comprehensive services. They will work with stakeholders to establish close working relationships and ensure program goals align with the agency's mission and vision.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working in a social service field, preferably in developmental disability services. They will have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and extensive supervisory experience.
Requirements

- Class E driver's license
- training and certification in Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, Level I Medication Administration, and Positive Behavior Supports
