Requirements

  • Experience in IT delivery management, program management, or engineering leadership
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent software delivery programs from requirements through production go-live
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Hands-on QA leadership experience
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams across time zones
  • Excellent executive communication skills
  • Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and collaborative delivery tooling
  • PMP or equivalent Agile/delivery certification
