Role OverviewThe Director of Design and Construction will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Design and Construction team, managing multiple construction projects and supervising project managers. The Director will work with the Department of Design & Construction to manage larger capital projects and monitor all agency capital projects managed by DHS and DDC.
What You Will Do
The Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, providing direct supervision of project managers, and managing capital commitment plans. They will also administer capital design consultant contracts, perform constructability and bid package reviews, and conduct site visits and project meetings.

They will also possess at least 18 months of supervisory or administrative experience involving responsibility for a large number of buildings.
