Role OverviewUT Southwestern has an opening for the position of Director of Development I for Cancer Programs. This position will fulfill a key role on the fundraising team for UT Southwestern’s Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center, contributing to advancement of the Cancer Center’s clinical, research, and educational initiatives.
What You Will Do
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of making major gifts. Manage and develop a portfolio of prospective donors and implement solicitation and engagement strategies in support of institutional priorities of UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of fundraising experience
- Demonstrated philanthropic experience in an academic medical setting
