Director of Development

The Director of Development plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Nascentia Health Charitable Foundation through annual giving, donor engagement, sponsorship development, event management, and fundraising operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Development & Strategic Partnerships, this position is responsible for managing the Foundation's annual fundraising activities, cultivating corporate partnerships, overseeing donor stewardship initiatives, supporting signature fundraising events, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of donor data and reporting systems.

What You Will Do

Manage annual giving campaigns, develop and execute stewardship initiatives, design and implement programs to identify, contact, and cultivate potential donors, oversee event coordination and communication, and own maintenance and growth of donor database.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate degree required
• 1-3 years of fundraising, business, donor relations, community outreach, marketing, or partnership development experience
• Strong in donor management, data tracking, and prospect research
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM (Bloomerang)
