Role OverviewThe City of Baltimore Digital Services team simplifies and increases access to City services through technology. The Director will manage day-to-day operations, stakeholders, and relationships to ensure successful delivery of tools and products.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day operations, stakeholders, and relationships; develop strategies, tools, and documents for digital service skills and approaches; lead the development of digital products and tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
- Seven years of application programming, systems design, hierarchical/relational database management and/or GIS experience
- Three years of supervisory responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced technical credentials, e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), preferred
