Role OverviewThe Director of Direct Response TV Advertising is responsible for leading the execution, coordination, reporting, and optimization of Direct Response Television (DRTV) advertising campaigns. This role supports the successful delivery of DRTV programs by managing agency partners, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on time within established budgets.
What You Will Do
Manage communication with agency partners, develop media plans, monitor campaign performance, analyze response data, and recommend tactical optimizations to maximize cost per donor, ROI, and lifetime value.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Three to six (3–6) years of experience in advertising, media, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with direct response metrics such as CPA, response rates, and media pacing
- Experience working in regulated, donor-funded, or mission-driven environments
- Hands-on experience working with external vendors or agencies in an executional capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
