Job Description
Director of Distribution & Logistics to lead end-to-end distribution operations including warehousing, transportation, inventory flow, order fulfillment, inspection processes, and returns management. Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring safe and compliant facility operations, and driving inventory accuracy and cycle counting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • APICS CLTD certification preferred
  • 10+ years of distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations
  • Experience within manufacturing or hybrid manufacturing/distribution environments
  • Proven operational improvement and cost reduction experience
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, transportation, warehouse operations, and reverse logistics
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems; D365 experience preferred
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in both office and warehouse environments
  • Periodic travel required
