Role Overview

The Director of E-Commerce will lead the growth and success of Ecostyle's e-commerce marketing efforts across its DTC website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and other third-party marketplaces. In this role, you will provide leadership, set strategic direction, and oversee the e-commerce and consumer marketing team.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy, build a scalable marketing budget and growth plan, identify, test, and scale new marketing channels, execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy, build and manage a best-in-class email and mobile marketing program, and balance customer LTV and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of senior marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer organization with a strong e-commerce and digital presence
  • Demonstrated success in analytics-driven decision-making, with measurable outcomes in customer growth, website conversion, and revenue
  • Amazon marketing experience required
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and performance media
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work effectively with data, decision scientists, and analysts to drive clear conclusions
  • Creative and innovative thinker who is also highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong listener and collaborator
  • Proven ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive alignment across all levels of an organization, including the C-suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required
