Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Commissioning (Cx) Director to join our growing construction enterprise. As an Electrical Cx Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of electrical commissioning for projects across the company.

Requirements

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company’s electrical commissioning program.
  • Establish standardized commissioning procedures, protocols and best practices to drive consistency across all projects.
  • Align commissioning practices with Safety, Quality and Operations programs.
  • Manage, mentor and develop Electrical Cx Managers.
  • Develop and manage department staffing plan and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement within the commissioning department.
  • Represent the commissioning team in executive-level meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Assist in project pursuits/interviews.
