Director of Email Channel Management

The Director of Email Channel Management will lead the strategy and execution of revenue-generating email campaigns and automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role combines technical expertise, creative vision, and strategic leadership to drive customer engagement and business growth.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, lead and manage a team of email marketing specialists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience in team management and motivation
• Experience using SalesForce Marketing Cloud
• Expertise in email and email platforms and software applications
• Effective organization and project management skills as well as interpersonal
• Lead team with understanding of larger company goals
• Ability to provide expertise, adapt, be creative, and problem solve
• Proficiency in data analysis in spreadsheet software for spreadsheet applications
