Job Description
Director of Employer Outreach & Consulting for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, managing statewide operations and serving as a liaison between employers and stakeholders.
Requirements
Manage statewide operations of the Employer Management Service and Employer Outreach & Consulting Programs
Serve as a liaison between employers, BWC leadership, stakeholders, and the public
Lead and contribute to short and long term strategic planning efforts
Coordinate program operations across divisions and departments
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and laws related to underwriting
Evaluate and recommend updates to the Ohio Administrative Code
Represent the division on agency-wide issues
