Director of Employer Outreach & Consulting for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, managing statewide operations and serving as a liaison between employers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Manage statewide operations of the Employer Management Service and Employer Outreach & Consulting Programs
  • Serve as a liaison between employers, BWC leadership, stakeholders, and the public
  • Lead and contribute to short and long term strategic planning efforts
  • Coordinate program operations across divisions and departments
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and laws related to underwriting
  • Evaluate and recommend updates to the Ohio Administrative Code
  • Represent the division on agency-wide issues
