Job Description
The New York City Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS) is recruiting for a Director of Engagement and Employment Services to work collaboratively across all DSS programs and with external partners/stakeholders to develop project plans and provide technical assistance to partners. The Director will serve as a team leader and primary project manager for Career Pathways programs and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, civic or community organization operating in the area of social services
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to the above
