Job Description
Lead and develop the company's engineering organization, including software engineers, data engineers, and infrastructure/platform engineers. Mentor engineers and help develop future technical leaders.

Requirements

  • Strong background in software engineering or systems architecture.
  • Experience leading engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms and system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to balance reliability and innovation in technology organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders.
