Job Description
As our Director of Engineering, Application Experience, you'll lead teams responsible for how users experience Supio across onboarding, case management, workflows, and drafting tools. You'll define and deliver the next generation of AI-native, LLM-powered product experiences that empower legal teams to work faster, smarter, and more collaboratively.
Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years managing or directing engineering teams
Strong background in front-end architecture, UX engineering, and full-stack web development
Demonstrated experience leading teams that have shipped complex SaaS or AI-native products
Proven ability to manage toward outcomes and timelines in ambiguous, AI-heavy projects
