Job Description
The Director of Engineering role involves leading a globally distributed developer organization while redesigning and implementing the company's next generation technology. Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience
  • At least 4 years in an engineering leadership role
  • 7+ years of hands-on Java 17+ experience
  • Proven track record leading and scaling multinational engineering teams
  • Strong API design and development experience
  • Experience using Claude AI or other Artificial Intelligence LLM-based tooling
