Job Description
The Director of Engineering role involves leading a globally distributed developer organization while actively redesigning, implementing, and continuously improving the company's next-generation technology. The role requires someone who has led engineering teams across regions, understands the realities of operating globally, and brings deep experience with commercial platforms, ERP systems, and underlying data infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Lead the full-lifecycle rebuilding of global logistics eCommerce and custom ERP platform
  • Architect and deliver a Platform as a Service (PaaS) carrier integration platform
  • Collaborate with Technology leadership to ensure considerations are incorporated into deliverables
  • Lead, grow, and inspire a multinational engineering team
  • Champion AI-augmented engineering throughout the software development lifecycle
