Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead engineering and security operations for a globally recognized wellness resort. The Director will oversee the maintenance department, capital project planning, and security operations to deliver an exceptional environment and experience for guests and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects
  • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
