Job Description
Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee engineering, maintenance, and security operations while delivering an exceptional environment and experience for guests and colleagues alike.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel or building management experience
  • At least 6 years experience in a senior role within facility management
  • Engineering/Facility Management degree preferred
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
