Job Description
The Director of Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing engineering, maintenance, and security operations at the Miraval Austin Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and hands-on approach to leading a team and delivering an exceptional environment and experience for guests and colleagues alike.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel or building management experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • At least 6 years experience in a senior role within facility management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Engineering/Facility Management degree preferred
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
