Role OverviewThe Director of Engineering will collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to develop, communicate, and execute engineering plans. The Director is responsible for strategy development, program management, engineering execution, and personnel management over Orbion's research, development, and sustaining engineering activities.
What You Will Do
Manage and develop a strong team of engineers, actively participate in strategic project planning, work with the CTO to develop technical roadmaps, and report progress against plans.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with engineering, management, monitoring activities, and collaboration with other staff/leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or directly related degree
- Experience in a product development and/or production environment
- Proven ability to lead small- to medium-sized engineering teams
