Job Description
The Director of Engineering Services will lead the St. Joseph Manufacturing Engineering, Operational Excellence and Maintenance teams to support and lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes across the St. Joseph campus. This role will drive operational improvements, elevate performance and consistency, and ensure global competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in process controls and automation projects
  • Previous experience in multiple disciplinary technical functions including maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Influence with data to drive changes in the plants to achieve operational excellence
