Role OverviewThe Director of Enrollment and Recertification will be responsible for onboarding new panel attorneys and the recertification process for existing panel attorneys. The Director will oversee the certification process, gather and track application materials, and conduct outreach to the legal community. The Director will also advise applicants on the status of their applications, notify certified attorneys of the onboarding process, and train newly certified attorneys on the billing and case management system.
What You Will Do
The Director will execute tasks such as certifying attorneys, gathering and tracking application materials, coordinating with Bar Association and Departmental Screening Committees, conducting outreach to the legal community, following up with applicants, advising applicants on the status of their applications, and notifying certified attorneys of the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have a satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to that described in questions 1, 2, and/or 3 above. The candidate will also have a strong understanding of the certification and recertification processes, as well as experience in coordinating with Bar Association and Departmental Screening Committees.
Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- associate degree from an accredited college or university along with two (2) years of experience with administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory or liaison responsibilities
- four-year high school diploma, or its educational equivalent approved by a state's Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization along with four (4) years of experience as described in question "2" above
- satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to that described in questions "1," "2," and/or "3" above
