Role OverviewThe Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity will lead the move to an automation-first, AI-assisted security model, protecting Consumer Cellular employees, customers, and company data, while reducing business risk and ensuring compliance with regulations.
What You Will Do
The role will involve setting and carrying out the enterprise security strategy, building and leading a lean team, owning the security budget and vendor portfolio, and reporting security posture and results to executive leadership.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a track record of moving a security organization from gatekeeping to embedded, DevSecOps-style delivery, with strong SOC and incident response background, and experience with cloud security, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years leading security managers and teams
- CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
- Experience in telecom, MVNO, or consumer subscription businesses, or other regulated consumer-data environments
