Job Description

Actus Nutrition seeks a Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety to oversee and integrate all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple facilities. The Director will develop and promote a comprehensive safety and health culture, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management
Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to safety, health, and environmental compliance
Proven ability to lead and drive cultural change towards safety excellence and environmental stewardship
Strong analytical skills with experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Proficiency in utilizing software tools for data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Willingness to travel to various plant locations as needed
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred
