Role OverviewProvides leadership and oversight for all facility operations within The Oaks at Whitaker Glen, responsible for maintenance operations, life safety compliance, capital planning, and administration of the TELS maintenance management system.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop the Facility Services team, oversee maintenance of building systems, ensure compliance with regulations, develop and manage departmental budgets, and lead capital improvement projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive facilities leadership experience
- 5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a multi-building campus environment
