Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Director of Financial Services Advisory for our newly formed Advisory Business Line. This is a hybrid role, with in-office requirements located in New York, NY. The successful candidate will support the Regional Advisory leadership in growing the business, setting strategy and developing major client accounts.

Requirements

  • 12 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on the financial services sector
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, strategic planning, and operational improvement initiatives for financial institutions
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial performance optimization
  • Experience building teams from the ground up
  • Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
