Director of Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a management position in finance/accounting.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to motivate and enlist cooperation within the organization.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must possess excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Previous successful leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience in Government Accounting standards and regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in use of an ERP computer software package required, preferably Oracle.
• Ability to competently perform all the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, demonstrated commitment to effective customer service delivery, and the ability to work productively as a member of a team or work group.
