Job Description
Hyatt seeks a Director of Finance who will oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial regulations and standards. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting functions, and implementing business plans. The Director will also be responsible for internal controls, risk management, operational leadership, and business partnership.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of finance career progression
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
