Job Description
The Director of Finance has overall responsibility for the financial leadership of the Hospital and related entities, assisting the Hospital CEO and other hospital leadership in managing the financial and legal aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant/Certified Management Accountant or Certified Manager of Patient Account certification preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospital finance setting
  • Excel expertise required
  • Computer proficiency and data analysis experience
  • Leadership and organizational management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning patient personal, financial, and medical information
